Gareth brings more than 25 years of international finance, tax and strategic advisory experience, spanning multinational corporations, high-growth technology businesses and UK-headquartered companies from early-stage growth through IPO and beyond. His career includes senior leadership roles across FTSE 100 organisations, with extensive expertise in international expansion, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, financial planning and operational finance.

Gareth holds an honours degree in Tax & Finance and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Tax.

As an Advisory Board Member at toodle, Gareth provides strategic guidance on financial planning, investor readiness and corporate governance. He advises the leadership team on capital raising, profit and cash flow forecasting, tax strategy and financial discipline. Gareth also supports the company in navigating the UK’s Research & Development (R&D) tax incentive regime, helping maximise eligible claims while ensuring compliance with HMRC requirements as the business continues to invest in innovation.
